TV box turns on and works fine. But the remote control is terrible. It's fine for us to run the app, but the app becomes difficult or impossible to navigate. Netflix and Youtube are the two I use - going back and forth on the current video is problematic. Want to find another video on Netflix? Forget it! Tried setting up the Revain Prime app - no luck. I don't know what the problem is. The application exists, but you cannot log in. Either send back the TV box or need another remote control.
