Not top quality.
Poorly made. We had threads sticking out everywhere. Some seams didn't match. My daughter will be three soon, she wears 3t and has carried a little 4t, this size 3-4 is huge. The only reason I'm keeping it is because she loves it.

- 3/4 sleeves, glittery sequins on the chest, make your girl the center of attention on stage
