I like that it's convenient to use for large companies because they can have it delivered right to their office or home. It works well when you need to destroy documents quickly, but also has options if you want more control/security (such as being able to print out your own label). There are some programs available that will allow you to scan into PDF format which makes them easier to email out than destroying paper copies. We've been using this program since 2013; however, we haven't had any issues with the software itself.
