I like that it's easy enough for me as an IT professional who has been in my position since 2000 but not always at fault with clients' expectations/needs - yet! It just makes sense when you understand how important this kind if thing can be (and sometimes isn't).
Nothing really; everything works well so far though there are certainly some things we have had issues getting fixed quickly or easily which could make us more efficient overall. Sometimes the client doesn’t know what they want until after something else was implemented without them being aware their needs were changed while another project went forward behind closed doors (which happens all too often unfortunately!).
