Okay, I'm not a smartphone at all. It actually took me a minute to find the video at the end of this product to learn how to use it. I found mine. I use the first video. Here's what I did.1. The gadget connected to the phone2. I went into apps and found the My Files app which was actually on my phone (which I actually had no idea about) 3. I moved it to the first page of apps so I can find it next time times can find4. I opened it5. I saw an option that said the USB drive was 16. I clicked on it and clicked on "Create Folder", I used USB17. I clicked the back button and then clicked the icon images on my files page and all my images showed up.8. I clicked on some pictures, you know, and checked the box next to it9. I clicked the little dots in the top right and clicked copy and had to choose USB1. I clicked on it, it gave me the option to create a folder, which I did called it a test. The hit is done and all will be damned. The photos are on a flash drive. I plugged the flash drive into my computer. and it opened and I can see the photos on my computer. I know how to do all these things with a PC but I was thinking that I need to use the cloud or email to transfer these things from my phone to the computer, I don't know I could use a USB for that use driver . Yes, I'm old, but I don't think I'm too old to learn the trick. I wanted this so I can take a video on my phone and quickly transfer it to my computer at work and this little guy can do it for me without uploading it to the cloud and then open the cloud on the PC. it can go straight
