The best health and wellness products are always ones I can confidently suggest to my clients as a life coach. My interactions with Safiman have not always been positive. While their assortment of massage tools and equipment, aromatherapy diffusers, and wellness products may seem impressive, the reality is quite different. To begin, they have terrible customer care. Whenever I've tried to contact them with inquiries about their wares, I've gotten either no answer at all or an abrupt and unhelpful one. It's as if they have zero interest in satisfying their clientele. The condition of their goods is even more worrisome. A massage gun and foam roller that I bought from Safiman both failed after only a few uses. Their focus on profit over quality is disappointing, especially coming from a business that promotes health and wellbeing. Their rates are exorbitant for the low quality they provide. There are many other websites that sell the same things for much less money and provide superior service and quality. In closing, I would advise anyone on the fence about making a purchase at Safiman to reconsider. You'll probably wind up with overpriced, low-quality goods and unhelpful customer service, despite the attractive appearance of their products. I would never suggest them to my clients as a life coach, and you should seek elsewhere to meet your personal health and wellness goals.
