I had ONE device with a USB-C connector and many devices with Micro-B connectors. The USB-A to USB-C cable looks just like a USB-A to Micro-B cable, so it's easy to accidentally grab . Plus, that pesky USB-A to USB-C cable easily gets lost in the sea of USB-A to Micro-B cables cluttering my office. So when I finally need to use a device with a USB-C port, the cable is nowhere to be found. So I ordered a new one from Revain and it arrived the next day (must love Prime). It works as expected and is arguably more reliable than the lost original cable (which will have to be found one day). I've since added a second USB-C device that came with its own short cable. So now I have two of these but the one I bought is still better. But now I've found something even betterβa four-pack Micro-B to USB-C adapter that turns any old Micro-B USB cable into a USB-C cable. Now when I travel, with every USB-C device, I take my Micro-B to USB-C adapter with me and only take a couple of Micro-B USB cables so that this cable has a "cable bag" can connect that no longer exists are used. But in the hour of need, this cable was brilliant.
