Bright, durable and cool looking. The only complaints are that the batteries weren't supplied, which for the record can be bought and used separately. Second, the battery doesn't last as long as my old lamp due to its tremendous power. IE gets "dim" or noticeably not as bright. Battery life averages a week for me, still gives off enough light to see for the most part, but I like the brightness. I also use it everyday for at least 5 hours a day so not too bad. Just thought it would be nice to point that out. I am very happy with this light and see that its quality will allow me to use it for many years. The next investment is a battery to reduce emissions. Tactically and economically. Another important point about this product is full performance. Turning it off will light it up again. Don't switch between all modes unless you have it enabled, and don't quickly press the button to change it. My old ID card has to turn it on, which is VERY annoying
