MENDENG Elastic Garter Shirt Sleeve Holders, elastic with mechanical tooth grip.
Elastic started to fray almost immediately. Mechanical grip sometimes slips, easy for it to not clamp straight. Too inexpensive to return gut would not buy another one. I think velcro would be better, depending on the material on which it is being used. I do NOT reccomend
