I use it to make homemade Twinkies. I bake my cakes, top them with Swiss meringue buttercream and sell them at the local farmer's market. This tube needs some practice to figure out how to keep it from slipping back into your pocket. Just apply even pressure to it and it should stay in the top of your pouch without slipping back and squeezing out the frosting around it. I also tend to overfill my piping bag, so that's on me. It's a good size for what I use it for because it's long enough to fit in the middle of my small brownies but doesn't leave a huge hole. In fact, the hole is small enough that I can pierce my brownies 4 times and it won't rip or ruin the bottom. I really like it so far and it has made my life so much easier. In fact, I can't imagine using any other cake filling tool.
