These headphones had such rave reviews on YouTube and to be honest the sound and noise cancellation are excellent. If they choose to connect to your phone. The communication is disgusting. I've previously had free Bose Soundsport wireless headphones and the connection was so smooth and flawless that I'm considering going back to them (although the sound quality and battery life are clearly not that great, and no noise-cancellation). I've tried EVERYTHING to get them to connect when at certain times it seems like they just won't. Unpair and repair. We put them back in the box, turn off and on Bluetooth on the phone, restart the phone. Ultimately I just put them in the box and use my old headphones which are reliable in terms of connectivity. I even sent a message to support about 2-3 weeks ago and nobody answered me. Another disappointment was the ear comfort. After 1-2 hours in the ears, they become quite uncomfortable. I ended up buying these expecting that based on the reviews they were going to be awesome (and they're pretty much one of, if not the most expensive, true wireless headphones out there). And they've been great, apart from the occasional connection to your phone when their size becomes a moot point. Wouldn't buy these headphones.
