This scoop is an industrial cat litter scoop! It's made of durable materials, unlike the cheap plastic that's so common and breaks down over time. The price is the same as cheap plastic, why not? When your back hurts, this spoon cuts down on the time you spend bending over and reduces the frustration of working multiple spoons with a smaller spoon. The only thing I would object to is the non-stick coating. Let's be honest. no surface is known to man that could repel the properties of S**T! S**T is such a uniquely filthy substance that its reputation is cemented into the language. ("This shit is gonna hit the fan", "You really screwed up", "That's a lot of shit", "You're f*cking me", "You're full of S**T" ") So S**T sticks to him but is much smaller than other shovels and this surface finish is easier to clean. Until a better solution emerges, this scoop is a must-do for families with cats!
