I was looking to buy toner and saw genuine Brother cartridges costing around $500 for all 4 colors. This is an outrageous price for "normal" home printer usage. I bought these a while ago - they fit perfectly, are very easy to install (just like the original cartridges) and have been working great for a month. I had no problems. The fact that they don't seem to last that long. Who cares? I'm not a big professional printer. Just a guy with a color laser printer at home who doesn't want to shell out $500 for toner all at once.
