I think the main question is where do you get your refills from? Nothing on the packaging or in the packaging indicates this. The only information they have is that it is made in Turkey and distributed by a company in New Jersey. I think I could call them and ask for gas stations but to be honest it's ok but not enough to get through. Problem with contacting. There is nothing special about this product except around $16, you get two cases and 3 refills. I think you can use one of them once and the other twice. The plastic holder is just a container for the gel. There is nothing special about it or the gel flavors. No way to adjust airflow, no heat source, no fan, just an empty box with a sheet metal design for the vents. The double sided tape didn't work very well ie half of the paper stuck to it so I just used some glue. I put this next to the litter box, which also has an ozone generator that works surprisingly well, but certainly not 100%, especially right after Ms. Hairball used it. First we used a tropical scent and it's not bad and helps mask some of the smell making it bearable to walk into this room.
