Good. You must write in lowercase. But the alternative is a big book that you can carry around with you. Tabs would be nice, but they definitely have enough entries for all the ridiculous websites I've been to. If you get hacked and forced to change all your passwords, you will gradually understand how many websites you created a username and password for. Then you'd better collect them all in one place (in this book) so it doesn't take you three months to memorize them all. In the future I plan to change them once a year. I highly recommend this book.
