So far the product is working properly, but an item was not included in the scope of delivery. When I tried to ask for a part to be sent on the website, I found that the website was down. Then I tried both customer service numbers. and the phone number of the company is displayed. Both no longer served. This makes me very uncomfortable about the missing part and any filters that I need to order.
