When using these clips with your regular reading glasses you will get enhanced reflections from the light around you because of the extra layers of glass you are now looking at, unless perhaps you are sitting in a dark room. or a VERY dimly lit environment. I don't know if an anti-reflective coating on these clips would be better? Using NO clips but regular blue light reduction glasses greatly reduces this effect as there are naturally fewer layers of glass in front of your eyes. But if you need to wear glasses all the time, not just for reading, then I suggest NOT BUYING this type of supposed(?) SAFETY glasses, as there is much debate as to whether there is any harmful effect on your eyes from prolonged exposure to blue Sveta ! Disturbing reflections when using the computer with glasses are not worth the money for me, do without this dubious protection for now! For me it was a waste of money that I learned it the hard way. By the way, my reading glasses are very well anti-reflective! Hope this helps future buyers.
