The watch strap I was sent was used. I paid for a brand new one, but when I opened the original box, I found a handwritten note on the inside of the label, also taped with cat hair. The note said that one pin was longer than the original strip, the other shorter and curved - the new strip. I could also see where the arm with the bracelet used to be worn. I played on a new one but got a used one! I called Revain about it and they refunded me the purchase price. Speidel has always been a great brand, very disappointed! Buyer Warning!
