Review on 💪 Arnica Mineral Muscle Ounces by Kneipp by Wesley Sergio

The bottle is a little smaller than expected, but it helps a little! Don't let the dubious shade of yellow fool you, it makes your water its own, this mineral salt is a must have! I found it on the recommendation of a running website (i.e. I'm not being paid to write this review). I'm 5 months after full ACL replacement and just starting to run regularly again so between running and PE I'm RUSH all the time. 3/4 cap of this miracle salt into a warm bath, lie down for 15-20 minutes and my sore feet sing the hallelujah chorus! As a side note/comparative: I have been a religious user of regular Epsom salts and have noticed a definite difference in the quality and effectiveness of this product. I will buy this product again and again. This is a must for athletes!
