I really like how this program is laid out for beginners through advanced lifters! There are tons of different programs that have their own unique features but if someone has never lifted before it's hard to know what they should do in order learn proper form etc...
This guide takes them right by step with everything needed from beginning exercises all way up until more complex lifts (ie squats). The workouts themselves aren't too difficult as long your doing weights properly - which isn't always easy when starting off new!! If anyone reading wants some motivation just keep lifting heavy. With time/practice those muscles begin grow even bigger than my expectations :).
