The ease in which you can pull up all your historical consumer behavior within one platform! You no longer have to go back through different platforms or applications when trying to find information about previous consumers' purchasing behaviors. It's very easy - just click it once (or twice) an understand where each shopper has been before they reach checkout page/s. We are still working out some kinks but we think this will be our main tool moving forward as well with more features being added every month. This software allows us to see exactly who visited certain pages / products over time so I know if someone was interested enough to come back later without having them fill-in any personal info at all.
