Review on ESO Fire RMS by Raymond Iglesias

It is easy for all team members, including dispatchers, firefighters who are not familiar with using fire radios or even those in command positions that need something simple yet effective which this software has met our needs perfectly! Very useful application when you have multiple shifts working at once (ie 2 different companies). No major complaints about any part. This product works well as we use it across various departments within my employer's organization. The ability for us dispatchers/chiefs/firefighters to easily enter information into another system without having someone there every day doing nothing but entering info over & again - saves A LOT OF TIME compared to paper logs! We've reduced paperwork by 90% since switching completely away form papers last year!! Our previous logbook was literally filled out 100x per shift before being turned back In. Now I see them come through only maybe 3 times each week after they get their computer login set up correctly. ! A MUST HAVE PRODUCT FOR ANY FIRE DEPARTMENT I like that it allows us to enter the data directly from the ambulance, rather than manually entering it. It is easy to use and allows us to enter data in a timely manner. I dislike that we cannot enter calls that are not EMS calls. We have been able to reduce the time it takes us to enter data. It has allowed us to enter more data in a shorter amount of time.
