This is a great idea. how did i walk without it before? There is a drinking fountain that I used mid-race. I would have liked a little more water, but I didn't want to carry a bottle with me. but this year in the spring I started walking earlier and the fountain hasn't started working yet. So I was very glad I bought it earlier. it keeps me hydrated and frees my hands. I only run about 20 minutes (2 miles) in the morning and it has enough water for me. usually even brings something home, but depends on the outside temperature. Haven't tried it in hot summer yet. maybe in the end there will be nothing left. I ordered a small size but I think the medium will be much better. In small I don't have room to adjust it because for me it's right on the limit of size. Also, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to any runner (or any other sport).
