For the price, these are pretty excellent. I bought the silver glittery style. The shoes come with a dust cover to help catch the glitter. Doesn't fall off too badly. The glitter is coarse and did catch on the lining of my dress. My dress wasn't too long to be a problem though (see pictures). I will update with a closer view of the shoe later.I am 5'9" and wear an 11 in women's and ordered an 11. I don't have a wide foot, technically, but I tend to feel more comfortable in wider shoes. These didn't squeeze my toes together, which was awesome. I might have gotten away with a half size smaller. I lasted a solid four hours in these shoes. Then I changed to flats. The balls of my feet were hurting, which is what happens when you where tall heels. The front rim of the top of the shoe might have rubbed on the top of my big toe had I not kept adjusting and pulling my foot back into the shoe. No blisters. The straps are huge. I have a moderately sized ankle, but anyone with skinny ankles/calves won't be able to pull these tight enough without creating your own holes. I used the last hole possible and still had a little room to wiggle. The elastic is nice, but shows too much. The back zipper functioned well and the backing prevented it from rubbing on my heels. I will wear these again, for a shorter event.
