Likely to break GoPro

The spring inside is so hard to compress that you're likely to break your GoPro if you have to rotate it a lot. (The axle is made of very strong aluminum and your GoPro is made of cheap plastic.) Also, it doesn't help that the rigidity isn't perfect. The plastic is already stretched by screwing it on.
