I like how it allows you to have 1-1 chats with your prospects without getting distracted by all of their other social media channels (if they’re active).
It can be quite overwhelming when trying out new software as there is so much choice! There isn't anything that really annoys me about this system - maybe some minor things but nothing substantial enough for them or myself to make an issue over!! If anyone has any tips/advice before signing up please feel free :) Try using live chat through website if possible too instead just in case something goes wrong during initial signup process which may require support from customer service team who will charge £15 per minute depending what time zone difference between client & UK office staff etc..
