This is the only option and unfortunately of terrible quality.
Just a warning, this part will not pop out on its own. For proper installation, you need to disassemble the entire front door. The material is CHEAP plastic which will most likely break even if installed correctly (the tiny clips used to hold the part in place are a joke). It does not sit flush when installed and broke again a few weeks later when opening the door and the trouser leg got stuck in one piece again. I will pay very close attention to the style of the bezel next time I buy a dishwasher.
