Fit - I'm always between sizes it seems and the last thing you want is underwear being tight somewhere. I usually between a 1x and. 2x but I have a big belly and since these go over the belly I sized up(plus some experience with other products made outside the US makes me think they run small) They are a little big but comfy and hold their shape and don't stretch out /go saggy. They are very high cut /waisted. I do have a short torso but a big belly so I was concerned that the waist would give full coverage, kind of dipping down in the front due to my shape. This is not the case at all with these.Elastic - they have a covered elastic waistband. The legs do have just elastic(not covered) but it is soft and I haven't had issues with irritation or anything (I usually do)Fabric - the fabric is cotton /spandex but mostly cotton. Soft and holds its shape well. It is medium weight and decent quality. It offers coverage but doesn't make you hot like heavier fabric (or leakprroof panties ) can. These wash really well too. These seem to stay true to size and keep their shape. I've only washed a few times but the experience so far bodes well.This may be TMI but regular underwear was uncomfortable to wear due to belly skin irritation I was experiencing (the waistband hit me where it caused more skin issues ) so I looked for very high cut to help with that. These are wonderful, comfortable, breathable, hold their shape enough to help hold dressings in an awkward place (belly fold area) without binding. This sounds crazy but these helped me not dread getting dressed because now I'm comfortable. I didn't even realize how uncomfortable I was before.I will definitely purchase these again.
