I like how it is organized so that if you have more than one project going at once I can see all of them in one place which makes finding employees easier for me! It still has some learning but as usual with any business software there was never an end user manual provided by support or anything else to explain why certain things were set up this way. If you are looking for something that will help get you through every step of an event plan then use these tools for sure they worked wonders for my company! We are able to easily keep track of our projects while also minimizing time spent trying to find resources when we call or email other companies. Also being able to send reminders about events helps to be much less stressed when waiting on employees to show their face for things such as meetings and interviews. Plus there's nothing better than seeing those emails come in saying "Hi Boss!" instead of getting a missed call notification from another client not knowing what happened during times where the person isn't reachable. They're all great features which make us feel even safer having someone always look over our shoulder when using them (no pun intended)! I like that this is an all-inclusive program for scheduling employees with regards to time off, vacation days, holidays, etc. It's very user friendly and has been great so far! There are some things that could be improved upon such as adding more holiday options (especially US Holidays) but overall it works well. We've been able to get our work schedule out of chaos into something we can actually use.
