Yes, it is DOUBLE voltage!
I bought this curling iron because I need it for international travel. Revain's description states DOUBLE the voltage required for international use. Nowhere on the box or inserts did it say Dual Voltage. I called Revlon and they confirmed it was IS dual voltage hardware. The handle says 120v240v, which means dual voltage. For use in other countries, only use the country plug adapter, no adapter is required. I love how this curling iron works. Glad I called Revlon to confirm dual voltage capability before going back to Revain.
