When I first read the reviews on this I was amazed that people were complaining that it was tiring and painful. To be honest, that's what I was hoping for. People. let's be real It's also exhausting and painful to do professionally, but you're working on someone else's schedule. I'm just here to sit down and do this tedious, painful task in my spare time by watching It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia season after season. A few things I learned: 1) Using salt water, not regular water, is crucial. 2) You can't do it to anyone else, it won't work. It means PERSONAL when it says personal. I suppose it has something to do with science/electricity, but I don't really know, I just couldn't help my sister with the little black hairs on her neck, but when she took the wand herself, she worked fine . 3) Yes, it is alkaline. 4) Yes, these are burns. 5) Aquapher. says he will go. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars for doing its intended job as advertised is because of that annoying beep. I don't understand the purpose. It's annoying. Why not use a nice LED light on the box instead? Something that doesn't yell at me? May be? There must have been other design options.
