Review on 🤩 Jump into Joy: Skywalker Trampolines Mini Bouncer Enclosure Brings Fun & Safety Together by David Lesperance

This review is for the 48 Inch Round Trampoline with Enclosure. This was our first trampoline purchase. Bought with our 1 1/2 year old son in mind although has been used by children from 1 1/2 to 9 years old. This lasted from November 2014 to June 2016. The net was torn and the foam covers for the metal poles were torn. The trampoline was still usable after the breaks, but we decided to discard it and upgrade to a larger size. Considering the cost of the item, the number of uses, and the level of abuse, I was happy with how long we were able to use it before needing to be replaced. This trampoline took a long time to assemble. I've given up and walked away from it a few times, so I can't give an exact timeline. After tripping and crying during the gathering, I decided it would be wise to switch to YouTube. YouTube has videos explaining the build process. I recommend anyone with a fiery temperament to check out one of these before getting started. All the necessary tools are included to assemble this, but I've found using a drill press speeds up the process. Once this bad boy is assembled your kids will all try to crash at once to jump. It has supported the weight of my three children, ages 1 1/2 to 10 1/2, but the recommended and safe maximum weight for use is 100 pounds. All three didn't enjoy it that much because none of them had any leeway. Total weight of 100 pounds or less. I had two 2 year olds at the same time who did very well. My little 8.5 year old was good at jumping on it but it wasn't very interesting for him. Children who are still working on their balance will benefit from a pole that rotates around the inner perimeter of the trampoline net. The pole is strong enough for a child to hold onto while jumping without the trampoline tipping over. Children might be tempted to grab the net when jumping, but I wouldn't recommend doing this as the net will break if there is enough pressure. I've never had it crack when kids fall on boards, but it cracked when older kids held it for balance while jumping up and down. This trampoline uses elastic cords instead of springs. The lack of springs means fingers and toes don't get pinched, but it also means you sacrifice some of the bounce you get from a regular spring trampoline. Since we bought this bouncer with our little one in mind, we think bungee cords are the best choice for us. If we were looking for our teenager and teenager, we would definitely be looking for a trampoline with springs. Our baby fell from all sides on the trampoline and never hurt himself. I feel the foam covers on the metal bars provide enough cushioning to prevent the biting that can happen if you hit the bare metal bar. Since we bought our trampoline for indoor use, we found the small area of 48 inches to be the perfect size. Our second trampoline purchase was the Skywalker 60 inch trampoline which, while better suited for older children and multiple children, is not ideal for storage in a child's room. The 48" (this particular trampoline) fits comfortably in the corner area of my son's bedroom. Choosing between the two I would say the 48" is good for 2 small children but ideally 1 small child ( I would say 5 and under). If you are hoping to use this with multiple children or for children aged 5+ I would say 60 inch is the best choice for you. And while I like the smaller size of the 48 inch trampoline, the 60 inch trampoline is still suitable for indoor use.
