Delivery was fast. They really came a day early! The exchange is super easy. A flat head screwdriver and about 5 minutes of your time, my roller shutter was up and running again. My old ones failed without warning. Open easily and simply slam. Once these new ones were on, you could feel the difference as soon as you opened the tailgate. Opens instantly with no effort. I highly recommend it!
