We have a 2018 JL Rubicon with a 2.5" lift and 37" tires. We bought a booster clamp because of the weight of the spare. The tire was noisy and twisted the back door. The design of the mount is great and looks fantastic. unfortunately it didn't work as expected. We adjusted the gain according to the directions and torque requirements. The gain doesn't really help with door movement or turning. this article) tour that it can work with 37 inch tires. As said, nice design but very expensive because it doesn't help to solve problems. I will return the item and remove my replacement part until I find a better solution. I give it two stars for fast shipping, easy installation and beautiful design.
