Easy to use and accurate

The regulator on my smoker was starting to freeze, so I set Sensor 1 to have a low and high temperature alarm. So that I can monitor the temperature of the smokehouse. Place the remaining 3 indifferent turkey patches. I checked each probe to within 3 degrees with a direct read thermometer. The best bird I've ever made. I just ordered 2 more to give away.
