This product does not work as advertised. I followed the instructions exactly. The first time the garbage chute crushed the pod and sent it without foam. On the second try, as instructed, I turned on the hot water, dropped the capsule, but didn't immediately start recycling. The pillow just lay there. Doesn't foam, doesn't even dissolve. At some point I started recycling and it was sucked down the drain without cleaning, without foaming. waste of money!
