I installed 3 pairs of these in 2 different houses. They are ideal for hanging long extension ladders and tall ladders. They hold the stairs firmly and securely, nestle snugly against the walls and do not interfere with each other. Measure carefully before installation to hold something long, e.g. B. a ladder. The best way to install them is directly into the studs with the screws provided. Otherwise, I recommend using lever bolts instead of simple dowels. Pivot pins are better suited for securing loads that they can handle.
