Review on 👓 JM 2-Pack Magnetic Reading Glasses: Rectangle Blue Light Blocking Computer Readers by Jessi Johnson

I have bought these reading sets 2 times already. At first I was amazed at how they fit and how the magnets work to hold them around the neck. Plus, the extra long wrap around the stems held them well on my face as I leaned forward. Many readers try to slide this angle shift off my face. Of course there are some obvious downsides to this design (e.g. being bulky to carry around as a travel bum bag), but it's still great for my main purpose as I've been wandering around the house and reading in different places. But when did I really start using these reading glasses (for reading)? Both of the 2 included pairs that were labeled 1.5 power (as I ordered) were MUCH more powerful than 1.5 (too much power up causing severe headaches). OK, I agree. Product with incorrect label. Accidents happen. I decided to give it another try and ordered another set of 2 pairs at 1.5x magnification. On this 2nd attempt. one pair was labeled 1.25 and one pair 1.5. However, BOTH pairs were AGAIN MUCH stronger than 1.5. I decided not to try again at this point, and for ANOTHER REASON. It could be argued that waiting months or a year for mislabeled bad boxes to be distributed to other victims could improve the chances of me getting what I ordered (if they manage to improve their management/distribution) . However, I have discovered an insurmountable problem that may not affect everyone. On fairly short test sessions (the brevity being caused by a headache causing incorrect magnification on all 4 pairs), I also began noticing that this long, twisted stem design was creating unacceptable pressure/ACHING on top of my ears. <sigh> The search for good reading glasses continues.
