Odd numbers of everything in it.

I didn't read the entire contents list before buying it so it's on me. On the other hand, why do I only need 50 bags for 70 bookmarks? And not that many scratching sticks? It was designed for 2 classes with 35 children each. Now this is for a class with some leftover stuff. Oh, and some kids still have to share chopsticks.
