Big disappointment. No longer works. The 3 mm jack plug is not registered in the device; like he doesn't even exist. The problem persisted on multiple devices (Android, Apple, Xbox controllers) just before and after other 3mm headphones worked with the same products. Bad connection, NO visible damage. This is my third pair of headphones so I don't use it. generally very often. I sit on the couch and use it for online gaming thanks to the wired connection and built-in mic, and that's pretty much all I use it for. You come home when I'm done; Needless to say, they hardly wear out. For what it's worth, the sound quality seems to be an 8/10 given the low price (two drivers is a nice trick). Decent base, good balance and clarity, relatively dynamic highs. The design is also cool and unique, with seemingly good build quality. But unfortunately none of that matters if there is no quality control and they don't work. lmao.UPDATE: They sent out a new pair almost immediately after the email. Customer service was quick and friendly. And they retroactively gave me a 75% discount. OK. Hooray.
