Strong cold air works best for cooling pads and external fans
Saved money, tried this device? I'm impressed! I've ordered two more so I have about three in total, two Windows 10 and Chrome OS in the house. Try them on iPad, it stays cool. I am in the process of getting an extra cable modem which is getting very hot. I have a router that can be placed on top of one of these to keep it cool. Appliances work better when they are cold. I know this from working in the network and in a network cabinet. The price is right, you get a bargain if you get two or more of these devices, but it's worth it.
