Firstly, the size of the container is small, my sister and I live together and when she drinks and I drink , we'll empty the jug by noon, no problem, that's 3 glasses of water when it's all the way up. I can live alone until 2:00 p.m. Another problem I had was that when the jug is filled to the top the filter falls to the side and gets wedged and unless you remove the lid completely it is almost impossible to put it back on. it's back Finally, when filling, it has a not-so-large door at the top that is so seamless that it's difficult to open without shoving something through the gap to pry the door off for filling. On the other hand the water tastes great there is no weird taste and I have kept refilling it and the first filtration tastes just as good as the last and they give you an extra filter so when your 90 refills are up you have another filter.
