I love these little lifeguards. I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy and have been using it since I started bloating at around week 7. I haven't had to buy maternity pants yet as I use them to zip up my existing pants. I started on the smallest setting and I'm on my second hole at 15 weeks. They are just flexible enough and not bulky. Some pants won't zip my zippers all the way up and these waist extenders can't solve this problem, but I just wear a longer shirt to hide my fly. I doubt it will work by the time I'm in my third trimester, but when they do I'll update my review. I also find them very helpful when I'm not pregnant, on days when I'm just feeling really "chubby" and my pants are too tight in the waist. It's so cheap and so convenient!
