Like most small-waisted LEOs, I struggled to attach all of my gear to the duty belt while trying to keep my lower back free of bulky gear. Fortunately, there isn't a wide leather overlay next to the buckle's metal hooks, so I can easily slide additional notches under my magazine pouch. This allowed me to move everything else forward while still keeping the silver buckle in sight.
