I started using this product to whiten my front teeth before getting a first taste of a part. I ran 20 minutes on the 1st lap and found a good result. On the 2nd lap I only ran 10 minutes. I have external fillings and I don't want them to be noticeable so I try to keep them as light as possible so my fillings don't look weird. So far the product is working very well! My only complaint at the moment is that the tray that attaches to the light is very wide at the front; Nobody's front teeth are as wide as their molars. This means the gel has more space NOT to be on your teeth as there is such a large gap between them. You learn to regulate and dose the gel in a certain way, hoping it stays where it should be.
