Review on Portable TX Neck Fan: Small, Battery Operated, Dual Wind Head with LED Light - Ideal for Traveling, Office and Home Use (Pink) by Tyler Owens

Bought both pink and blue. I received the pink one just fine, but the blue one apparently got lost in the mail. I requested a refund but received a message saying I need to contact support to resolve this issue. However, I ended up going with blue simply because it was a very different color than advertised. The advertised blue is light, but the one I received is pastel and closer to mint green than blue. I like the fan and the way it works but that's not what I ordered. If I had wanted a pastel color I would have ordered it in pastel colors. The whole experience was upsetting and I'm disappointed with what I got.
