My most recent project was to gut and renovate a closet and be the person to store winter clothes in the summer. I have ordered different brands of vacuum bags; bold, a local private label and Vacwel. Sturdy sacks could not hold their seal for an hour before beginning to inflate again. I even did a test with a small blanket to make sure I didn't just overstuff it. The store's brand was fine, but there were no sizes larger than XL, and I tried to fit down jackets. On the other hand, Vacwell did a great job! They are sturdy and the giant size is huge! I fit two king size duvets in one bag and they really pack more than I imagined. I had a bit of an issue getting them into a flat shape rather than a lumpy pillow. I ended up having to ask my friend to seal them while I was on my bag, but unless you try to keep them under the bed you can easily work with them on your own. It's been a week since I sealed everything and they seem to have run out of air or puffed up. These are really great vacuum bags and I highly recommend them if you have too many blankets/coats or are moving!
