Review on 🔌 Plugable USB C to DisplayPort Adapter - 6ft (1.8m) 4K@60Hz Cable by Joe Greiner

I bought this cable to connect an Acer VN7-793G laptop to an Asus VG248QE monitor and use a 144Hz refresh rate. This worked as expected. But after 3 months the laptop didn't recognize the monitor and showed a blank screen. After some troubleshooting I found that the cable was dead. I thought about buying a new cable from another manufacturer but remembered Plugable's 1 year warranty and emailed them. I've provided as much information as possible in an email, including the Revain order ID, order date, name, address, symptom description, and troubleshooting steps I took. I got a reply from them within hours and they sent a new cable within days and I had the new cable in my hands less than a week since I first emailed them. The cable works as it should, I was very satisfied. I hope the new cable lasts much longer this time but thanks to their excellent customer service I will definitely be visiting their store for future purchases.
