Won't stay in but great customer service.
I tried these extensions and could not get them to stay in my hair, even for a minute. Clips just don't work for me. My goal was to thicken my hair as I put it in an updo. I even cut some length off thinking the lighter weight would help. No such luck. The little combs are just not useable, especially in thin hair.Update: I am adding a star to my review to account for seller responsiveness. They saw my review and immediately offered me a full refund.
