This organizer in the photo has 12 lipstick compartments, with a horizontal open section at the back and two vertical open sections with a flat compartment at the front. The organizer I received has a drawer instead of that flat tray. I was specifically looking for a flat tray organizer rather than a drawer organizer and this was the only one I found so I won't be returning it as I needed an organizer and I think it is despite the drawer table the best available option. But I am annoyed that it is not like the photo and I would not have ordered it if the picture was correct. Otherwise the quality seems good and if I wanted a box rather than a flat surface I would be very happy with that. I've included a picture of the organizer I received so you can see what you're getting when you decide to order.
